Due to the nature of digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds in specific cases.
We will not refund your purchase in the following situations:
1. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase.
2. Refunds do not apply to product upgrades.
3. Due to the possibility of dishonest tactics, we reserve the right to refuse refunds on All Themes.
4. If we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of or is abused.
5. If we detect that the theme is installed on the customer’s website.
6. If you benefited from our free installation and setup service
7. If you benefited from technical support from our team. In such cases, we’ll provide a partial refund
